The cup traits of this coffee serves an excellent representative of the Indonesian coffee growing region of the world without being excessively bold, as some can be. I call it the Elegant Indonesian. There are several sub-growing regions in Indonesia. Papua New Guinea is 17th in the world in coffee exports with most of the greens (unroasted coffees) coming from the Eastern Highlands, Western Highlands, and Simbu/Chimbu Province.
