Decaf Mexican HG Organic: HG = High Grown, which often equates with high quality. Water decaffeination = the green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction, ie, water decaffeinated not chemically. The greens (unroasted coffees) used for this coffee are high quality greens. Most decaffeinated coffees start with low quality coffees. The high quality green, superb water decaffeination process, and correctly/freshly roasted by Art's Coffee Roasters sets the stage for an amazing cup, if correctly preserved, ground and brewed by you.
